SHIPPING POLICY

At ELVAANO, we aim to make your order delivery simple and convenient.

DELIVERY AREA

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan where courier service is available.

DELIVERY TIME

Our estimated delivery time is generally:

2–3 days

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, security situations or other circumstances outside our control.

ORDER PROCESSING

After you place an order, we may contact you on the phone number provided during checkout to confirm your order.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared for dispatch.

Orders may be cancelled or held if the provided customer information is incomplete or if the customer cannot be reached for confirmation.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders.

For COD orders, the customer is responsible for providing:

• Correct name
• Correct phone number
• Complete delivery address
• Accurate city/area information

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period, delays may occasionally occur because of:

• Public holidays
• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailable at delivery
• Phone number unreachable
• Operational or logistical issues

ELVAANO cannot guarantee an exact delivery date because final delivery is handled by the courier service.

FAILED DELIVERY

If a courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable or cannot be reached, the courier may make another delivery attempt according to its procedures.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to the sender.
